How long will my Dionis ™ products last?
We recommend that products be used within 24 months after opening and it's best to store products out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, if possible.
Do you test on animals?
Dionis™ does not test its products on animals nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf.
What does Natural Goat Milk mean?
All of our products are formulated with grade A whole goat milk containing no added supplements. Please carefully review the ingredient list of any product prior to use. We indicate 100% natural when all the ingredients are all natural.
How can I find out what ingredients are in my product?
Each individual product page on this website offers an ingredients list; however, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list of any product on the label, particularly because the listed ingredients for a product may change.
Are your fragrances natural?
Our fragrances are composed of proprietary blends of essential oils and extracts. We only list 100% natural on the label when all of the ingredients are natural.
Are your lip balms safe to use on my lips?
Dionis™ lip balm flavors are considered GRAS, an acronym for the phrase Generally Recognized As Safe which means you can put them on your lips.
Do your products contain alcohol?
Some of our products do contain alcohol. Please refer to the ingredient list on the product label to look at a specific item. Alcohols serve a variety of functions within our formulas, including as a stabilizer, surfactant, preservative and/or opacifier (a substance which makes the formula opaque).

Do you offer online coupons?
Occasionally we offer online promotion code to our Herd. These offers are redeemable for orders placed on our retail site www.dionisgmskincare.com and cannot be used on other websites or in retail stores. Become a part of the herd by signing up on our mailing list.
Where do I enter in my promotion code on your website?

How do I get free samples and coupons?
We do not send free samples or mail coupons at this time.
How do I ship my order outside the US?
We are sorry, but products purchased on www.dionisgmskincare.com can only be billed and shipped to destinations within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST through Saturday.

You will normally receive your order within 3-7 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays. Please review the FedEx.com website for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Dionisgmskincare.com is not responsible for any FedEx shipping delays.

If you'd like to purchase your favorite products locally in the U.S., you can find many stores in your area that carry our products using our Store Locator. Selections vary, so please call ahead to the store to make certain it carries the products you're interested in purchasing.

We unconditionally guarantee all of our products at Dionis™. Because of our commitment to quality, we believe Dionis™ offers the finest personal care products on the market today. Dionis™ can only accept orders online. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use SSL encryption to keep your information safe, and we never distribute your personal information to third-party vendors.
Why don't I see an "Add to Cart" button?
When there is no 'Add to Cart' button, it’s possible we are temporarily out of stock. We make our products in small batches, so please check back for availability or call our customer service department at (800)566-7627.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Any order over $35.00 is free shipping. Anything below $35.00 is a flat rate of $15.00.
